Team Leader Job Summary Team Leaders are responsible for project setup, managing customer deliverables, supervising team member expectations, and maintaining consistent work and communication with customers and employees. The role includes travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses across various cities, overseeing teams of quality inspectors, and fostering employee growth. Team Leader Job Responsibilities & Duties Ensure all teams at assigned locations operate according to standards and safety requirements. Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures. Manage customer relationships. Act as interim job leader when the project supervisor is unavailable. Inspect parts and lead work of other team members. Ensure all team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges; verify equipment sign‑out. Communicate with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements. Complete required paperwork for the duration and completion of a project. Complete required training classes. Follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Flexibility and adaptability to varying work environments. Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
