As an Assistance Services Team-Leader you will be responsible for the oversight of employees reporting to you, including coaching and development, performance management, and ensuring employee job satisfaction, while also being available to support all employees within the department, manage claimant escalations and help lead important initiatives and process improvements within the department.

**What does your typical day look like?**
- Lead, support and develop a high-performance team;
- Meet or exceed internal and external client expectations;
- Execution of plans related to the corporate strategy and vision;
- Monitor service level, work output, and quality results consistently;
- Fast paced, working multiple projects and tasks, while manage competing priorities.

***What skills and experience do you need?**
- A University degree or college diploma preferred;
- Previous leadership experience preferred;
- 2 plus years of Global Excel experience within Assistance Services preferred;
- Must be meeting or exceeding quality standards within current role;
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities;
- Excellent communicator with strong decision-making skills;
- Work experience in travel insurance, contact center, financial services or in the medical field is an asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, bilingualism is an asset (French preferred).
