Mount Forest, Canada Shoetopia Footwear Inc. Full time

**Note: This position requires regular travel between our two stores (Fergus and Mount Forest), so applicants must have their own reliable transportation.**

**Social Media Management**
- Oversee and maintain all social media channels, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement (comments, messages, and inquiries).
- Develop creative social stories and posts that reflect brand voice and drive engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to enhance performance.

**Content Creation**
- Plan and create digital graphics for various uses, including:

- Digital signs, window clings, and banners (interior, exterior) using tools like Canva.
- Social media videos, reels, and other multimedia content where the coordinator must be comfortable appearing on camera.
- Coordinate with the team and printing partners for high-quality outputs when necessary.

**Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing**
- Create, manage, and analyze digital advertising campaigns on **Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).**:

- Optimize ad targeting, budgeting, and performance metrics to maximize return on investment.
- Track and report on ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversions.
- A/B test creatives and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Supplier and Vendor Collaboration**
- Collaborate with suppliers for co-op advertising opportunities and asset acquisition.
- Ensure co-op dollars are used effectively by aligning marketing materials with supplier guidelines.

**Cross-Promotion and Events**
- Coordinate local business collaborations to boost community engagement.
- Develop marketing materials for events, promotions, and special campaigns.

**Website Content and Maintenance**
- Update website graphics and promotional content.
- Source and organize lifestyle images for use across campaigns and digital platforms.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Support general marketing initiatives, campaign planning, and administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge and experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva)
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads management software
- Comfort in front of the camera to create engaging video content
- Strong organizational skill and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel between Fergus & Mount Forest
