**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Overnight Field Supervisor in Edmonton, AB who is committed to succeeding with our agency through supporting children, families, and the communities we serve

The Overnight Field Supervisor oversees CarePros front-line night staff and is responsible for ensuring that services delivered meet the needs of our clients and families in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with CarePros policies and industry standards.

Shift Schedule & Rotation: 4:00pm - 3:00am, 3 days on/3 days off

**What You'll Do**
- Manage and oversee complex and challenging CarePros client's needs
- Oversee the responsibilities and duties of overnight front-line employees as directed
- Provide ongoing training to front-line employees including de-escalation methods, best execution of care plans, medicine administration, and professional documentation
- Audit the work of front-line employees, acting as the main liaison for all client care
- Ensure front-line employees have the proper training, knowledge, skills, and abilities, to work safely and provide care in accordance with CarePros policies and industry
- Ensure that front-line employees follow a written care plan, and that service is in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage performance of front-line employees through 1:1 coaching and feedback
- Action disciplinary steps for front-line employees when required as outlined by the People & Culture team
- Ensure that the team acts in accordance with CarePros core values and that PCC culture is followed
- Ensure proper Critical Incident Reporting procedure is followed
- Work on-call rotations including evenings and weekends
- Respond to crisis situations in-person and provide on-site support
- Develop and deliver reports to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior supervisors and senior management, as applicable
- Any other duties as directed by the Program Manager

**Who You Are**
- Three (3) years of experience providing direct care to individuals with complex medical and behavioural diagnoses
- Experience working with FSCD, Children's Services and/or similar organizations
- Post-secondary education in Social Work, Community Addictions / Mental Health, Child and Youth Care, or another related field is preferred
- Standard First Aid and Level C CPR + AED
- Class 5 Driver's License, vehicle insurance with $2M liability coverage, and a clear Driver's Abstract
- Police Information Check; including Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 3 months)
- Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 3 months)

- The Brain Story Certificate
