Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team over sight, facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

- Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff.
- Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence. Payment processing.
- Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
- Customer escalation support
- Managing sub-contracts
- Export predesigned reports

**In this exciting career opportunity, you will have**
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.30-$23.00 per hour
