**Main Duties**:
- Demonstrate daily leadership skills to build and support the inventory and merchandising team.
- Lead daily walks on the floor with area managers and area owners to assure all standards are followed (In stock, price and promotions are tagged properly, assure daily action plan is ready for the team, train to improve team knowledge and assure cleanliness for customers)
- Audit company standards to assure procedures conformity in Inventory management.
- Sales oriented, he or she has the ability to make the merchandise attractive and easy to shop for customers in order to fulfill purchaser needs.
- Communicate and collaborate work with head office and other retail stores.
- Perform monthly benchmark to stay ahead of the competition.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- Train and direct the merchandising staff for product merchandising and labeling.
- Keep employees motivated and on-task.
- Track and manage team performances.
**Working Conditions**:
- This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week, the 5-day work week includes 2 days off per week, Sunday (closed) and one day during the week.
- This role requires you to work one evening shift from 3:30pm to midnight at least 2 night shifts per month.
- One full weekend off every four weeks.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3+ years of inventory & merchandising management.
- Minimum 1+ years in the tool industry or other industry related to tooling.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have seasoned experience in inventory management and merchandising.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Tool Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
