**Job Summary**
XMC is looking for an energetic Staffing Coordinator who’s ready to take on new and exciting challenges with Canada’s Official Experiential Marketing Agency.

In addition, this role will serve as the main point of contact for client, store accounts, managing portal data input, scheduling, and ongoing communication to ensure smooth program execution and accurate tracking of activations.

A critical component of this role will be maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle ensuring professionalism, punctuality of deliverables, and timely reporting.

**KEY JOB FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supports and develops marketing strategies/plans for retail and demo programing
- Target-right recruiting and staff retention
- Accurately track and manage staff attendance during live events
- Ongoing communication with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of the pace, timelines, and logistics that come with high-volume, retail staffing

**Recruitment and Program Management**
- Coordinate staff to meet the program requirements
- Providing clear direction, reminders, and follow-up to ensure campaign success
- Effective scheduling and deployment, including contingency plans for shift fulfilment

**Payroll**
- Maintain accurate tracking systems for shift scheduling and payroll
- Input, review and approve external staff timesheets and expenses
- Working with Ceridian payroll systems and/or ATS

**Morale**

**SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIRED**
- Post-secondary education in Talent Acquisition, Business, Marketing, and/or HR
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in a recruitment/staffing role
- Previous experience in sales, retail demos, experiential marketing and/or field marketing
- Extensive network of Brand Ambassadors, Promo Models, Field Marketers, Team Leads, etc.
- Experience in working with Ceridian payroll systems and/or ATS
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and continuously demonstrates resilience in high-stress environments
- Ability to work effectively as a team and/or independently
- Willing to work irregular hours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French/English) an asset

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
