- Coordinate and manage staffing requirements and resources.
- Develop and implement sophisticated logistics strategies to enhance operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and allocate resources efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to ensure optimal performance and suggest improvements.
- Manage and nurture relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, and propose enhancements.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide expert insights on staffing and logistics operations.
- Facilitate orientation and training for new staff to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with third-party staffing agencies, vendors, or subcontractors (if required).
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or related field.
- Extensive experience in staffing, resourcing, and logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a specialist focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on specialization.
