Content Marketing Specialist

Canada MedLaser is a leader in the medical aesthetics industry, with 15 state-of-the-art clinics across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We offer a wide range of advanced beauty treatments, combining clinical expertise with a client-centered approach. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a **part-time** Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and play a key role in creating impactful and engaging digital content.

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, and versatile individual who excels at producing, editing, and managing multimedia content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing team and in-clinic staff to create compelling videos, photos, and content that reflect Canada MedLaser’s brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative content ideas that align with Canada MedLaser’s branding and goals
- Plan, script, film, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Capture and edit photos and videos, ensuring professional quality and adherence to brand standards
- Perform video and photo editing tasks, including cutting, colour correction, adding text, transitions, and sound to enhance content
- Serve as an on-screen representative of the company when necessary, showcasing treatments, promotions, or behind-the-scenes activities
- Work closely with in-clinic staff to coordinate and execute content creation activities
- Build strong relationships with clinic staff to ensure authentic and engaging storytelling
- Stay on top of trends in social media, medical aesthetics, and digital marketing, leveraging new ideas to enhance our content strategy
- Travel between clinic locations as needed to capture content and collaborate with teams
- Monitor performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve content strategy

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year(s) of experience in video production, editing, or social media content creation (experience in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics is ideal)
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Strong skills in video and photo editing, including cutting, transitions, effects, and sound design
- Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand professionally and confidently
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Excellent storytelling skills with an ability to produce visually compelling content
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel between clinics across the GTA

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
