Founded by two brothers, known for their passion for chrome, began in the family business supplying heavy duty parts to the trucking industry. It all started in 1959 when their grandfather opened a truck tire shop supplying local fleets. The tire shop turned into a large distributing center under the leadership of the co-founder's father. In turn, the brothers learned many old fashion lessons on treating the customers right and always supplying products with superb quality.

The TRUX team is consistently inventing new products to feed the ever-growing chrome industry. This drive has propelled the Trux Brand to become one of the most original and innovative lines in the truck accessory market. With the increasing winds, the team is growing rapidly, and we need someone to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This person will report to Customer Service Manager.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information;
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling;
- Assist with placement of orders, returns, or exchanges;
- Advise on company information;
- Place or cancel orders;
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale;
- Answer questions on technical information;
- Suggest solutions with a product malfunction;
- Handle product recalls;
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation;
- Inform customer of deals and promotions (monthly Trux Specials);
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes;
- Track customer service errors in monthly excel reports;
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered;
- Handle changes in policies or renewals;
- Assist Salesmen when they are on business trips/ away from office;
- Problem solve to handle situations with shipment errors, picking errors, or order entry errors etc
- Qualify phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction is delivered in an efficient manner.

**Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Multi-tasking abilities and be detail oriented;
- Ability to work under time constraints with deadlines;
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision;
- Pro-active personality;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Computer skills required;
- Written and spoken English and French a must;
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
