**THIS IS FOR YOU IF**:

- You’re looking to start a career as a respected tradesperson in the painting industry.
- Well-rounded, dependable, physically fit, and enjoy working with your hands
- You’re comfortable working indoors and outdoors at heights of up to 20-30 feet high and carrying weight up to 50 lbs.
- You have a reliable method of transportation and a valid driver’s license (Mini-Van or SUV preferred)
- You’re detail and goal-oriented, well-mannered and attentive (quick to grasp/implement new systems).
- You enjoy a work-life balance but can also buckle down to get the job done on a late night or a weekend shift.
- Previous construction experience is a strong asset but not required (Painting and Drywall)

**THE ROLE**
- **NO Experience Necessary**
- Help prepare job sites for painting. Masking, cleaning, sanding, filling holes, caulking.
- Arrive at the job-site on time and uniformed
- Assist Crew Lead with daily communication to the management team. Submit daily progress videos and plan for following day via WhatsApp.
- Listen to instructions and guidance from Crew Lead.
- Delivering work on-time and on-budget

- Compensation: Starting at $20/hour depending on experience

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
