**Baker Apprentice responsibilities include**:

- Measuring flour, sugar, and other ingredients to bake cakes and pies
- Reading recipes and following instructions to prepare dough
- Loading baking pans with dough and batters
- Taking baked goods out of the oven at specified times
- Decorating cakes and pastries using icing, fondant, or other toppings

**Baker Apprentice skills**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of baking techniques and procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good physical stamina and coordination
- Creativity and culinary arts ability
- High school diploma or equivalent; pastry training preferred

Proven experience as a Production Support Technician or similar role Experience with electronic manufacturing processes and equipment Familiarity with quality control standards Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills
