**Runway Health** is a health clinic located in the heart of Main Street Markham which provides the following services:

- _Physiotherapy_
- _Registered Massage Therapy_
- _Chiropractic_
- _Spinal Decompression_
- _Laser Knee Decompression_
- _Traditional Chinese Medicine_
- _Orthopaedic Braces & Custom Orthotics_
- _Compression Stockings & TENS Units_
- _Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) Treatment_
- _Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Treatment _

With a rapidly growing practice (3 years in business), we require a **_Clinic Coordinator _**to help manage and grow our clinic.

We currently have 2 chiropractors, 5 massage therapists, 2 physiotherapists, 1 acupuncturist, 2 receptionists, 1 clinical assistant, and looking to expand further.

We already have very organized systems in place but require additional help in managing and growing the systems.

Roles of the Clinic Coordinator can include the following:

- _strategies for increasing revenue_
- _maintaining a smooth flow of the clinic_
- _communicating with insurance companies_
- _extended health care billing_
- _motor vehicle insurance billing_
- _WSIB billing_
- _covering for reception when need be_
- _social media marketing_
- _ensuring patient satisfaction_
- _dealing with potential complaints from clients_
- _creating new systems for growth_

Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a health clinic would be a great asset. We believe in building a high-quality culture of the clinic and are looking for someone motivated and willing to learn.
