**WHO ARE WE**:

- Signature Cosmetic Clinic established in 2016. As one of the fastest-growing and the most comprehensive cosmetic clinics with 6 locations in GTA, Signature Cosmetic Clinic is currently recruiting full-time Customers Service Coordinators to enchance a better quality of customer services.

**Primary Job responsibilities include**:

- Greet walk-in clients and provide them with superb customer service.
- Proficiency in daily operation system
- Answer client questions and incoming calls
- Reply client messages on hubspot, instagram, facebook, etc
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
- Maintain records and files.
- Check out all clients efficiently

**Assets**:

- Higher education
- Hopsitality skills
- Medical or medical cosmetic background
- Good at computers
- Advanced in English
- Billngual (Fleunt in English and advanced in Mandarin)
- A positive & energetic attitude
- Previous and similar work experience

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 160 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Cosmetic clinic: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Cantonese (preferred)

Work Location: In person
