**Atlantic Mazda** is seeking a **Parts Advisor** to join their team As a **Parts Advisor**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. Your responsibilities will include direct interaction with customers, suppliers, and technicians, offering information, service, and utilizing the online parts catalogue to source required components.

**_ Hourly Wage Range: $18.55 - $21.30/hour, plus monthly bonus structure_**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Ordering parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner
- Receiving parts orders with accuracy
- Communicating with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
- Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
- Maintain parts inventory count

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years' automotive experience, specifically in the parts department, is considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Fluency with Microsoft Office software
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail
