As an experienced and detail-oriented **Fire Alarm Project Manager**, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion, meeting quality standards, deadlines and budget requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, oversee and coordinate small and large projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Site scoping to determine project scope
- Prepare quotes for building owners, contractors and property managers based on site scope
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks accordingly
- Track and report project status to senior management
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety protocols, industry regulations and local building codes

**Requirements**:

- Full CFAA (Canadian Fire Alarm Association) certification required
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of NFPA and CAN/ULC codes
- Proven experience in fire protection
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients and subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
