As a **Sprinkler System Project Manager**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of buildings. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills will be put to the test as you coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of projects.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Set up hydrant flow tests, permits and inspections with cities and clients
- Perform hydraulic calculations and complete designs conforming to NFPA 13 on both new and existing sprinkler systems
- Analyze drawings and provide accurate quotes for design work
- Site scoping, checking in with clients and technicians
- Review on-site conditions and/or site instructions and provide accurate scopes of work based on those conditions
- Complete and provide close out documents after project finalization
- Communicate effectively with project team, clients and other trades/contractors from project inception to completion
- Project management on a variety of accounts

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Fire Protection
- Previous project management experience
- Working knowledge of building codes and NFPA standards
- Experience designing NFPA OBC approved sprinkler drawings for both new and existing buildings
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Possess excellent communication skills with both co-workers, clients and contractors
- Organized and productive with the ability to turn around work in a timely manner
- Valid Driver's License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
