**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide full HR support to industry-diverse clients that enhance business performance, support employee career wellbeing and ensure legislative compliance
- Provide consultation and coaching to clients on various HR matters including employment standards, HR best practices, team effectiveness, and talent development or the related discipline specialty
- Navigate complex policies, contracts, and legal mandates to assist clients in achieving organizational goals
- Provide administrative support to HR Consultants including maintenance of client information files and CRM software
- Collaborate with internal specialists and client representatives to provide high-quality service and support
- Recommend continuous improvements to HR programs and processes
- Develop and execute detailed project plans; liaise with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Complete ad hoc projects and duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- CHRP certification or additional experience working with an HR team is preferred
- Knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act, Ontario Human Rights Code, and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and Labour Relations Act are considered strong assets
- Ability to work in a professional, dynamic, highly-sensitive and team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional critical thinking with ability to identify optimal solutions for clients and mitigate possible risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool
- Excellent organizational skills
- Occasional travel required
