**About the Role**

As the Sales Team Development Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of building a high-performing sales force. You’ll collaborate with our recruitment team to attract top talent, provide exceptional training, and foster a supportive environment where your team can excel. Your leadership will be the driving force behind our sales consultants achieving and exceeding their goals.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

**Team Building & Recruiting**
- Conduct in-depth interviews to select the best talent for our evolving team.
- Create a welcoming onboarding experience to set new hires up for success.

**Training & Development**
- Stay ahead of the curve on our product lines, tools, and software to deliver impactful training sessions.
- Develop personalized coaching plans to nurture the unique strengths of each team member.
- Support new sales representatives through their probationary period with constructive feedback and encouragement.

**Coaching & Leadership**
- Set ambitious yet attainable sales quotas in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct weekly motivational meetings to share insights, review performance, and foster collaboration.
- Empower team members through live coaching during sales calls, ensuring every customer interaction is a success.
**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management within a corporate setting.
- A proven track record of success in **sales negotiation and customer service**.
- Exceptional **leadership skills** with the ability to inspire and energize a team.
- Strong **communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.**
- **Tech-savvy** and quick to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Prior **inside sales experience** is a must.

Pay: $57,000.00 per year
