Service Appointment Coordinator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for clients and staff members.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Utilize scheduling software to manage appointments efficiently.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the overall function of the office.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
