Our team is currently seeking a **Parts Representative** that is ready to significantly impact the business by promoting and selling the full line of Vermeer Canada parts. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate a positive customer experience by handling all parts inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring they are maintained in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Ensure parts facilities and displays are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Manage the parts purchase order process, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on promised delivery dates.
- Ensure all manuals and parts guides are up to date, acting as a liaison with the factory.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**POSITION SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Ambitious and goal oriented, with interpersonal skills needed to meet sales objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Prior general sales experience, preferably in parts distribution
