Shift Products Ltd. is a growing aftermarket semi truck accessory manufacturing and dealer-based company in West St. Paul, Manitoba. The Production Shipper/Receiver is responsible for assembling and packaging Shift Products Ltd. parts, operating and maintaining tools and equipment in the warehouse as well as Shipping and Receiving.

Duties included but not limited to:

- Assembly of Shift Products Parts adhering to production standards and safety guidelines.
- Operate tools and equipment in the Shift Warehouse. Equipment includes but is not limited to Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, hand tools and power tools.
- Observes and removes faulty parts from assembly line and reports these deficiencies to supervisor daily.
- Pack completed product and prepares them for shipment
- Ship and receive parts and materials as required. Maintain incoming shipments in assigned locations within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory of incoming, stored and outgoing goods. This includes communicating inventory shortages and overages.
- Contact carrier representatives to obtain quotes, pick up/drop off times, and to issue proper documents and instructions for shipping of Shift Products parts in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail is paramount to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must have legal Driver's License
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to navigate well on a PC computer and the Internet. Knowledge of Outlook and Excel are an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required with an aptitude for detail.
- Posses or has the ability to acquire valid Forklift License and operate this piece of equipment safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continual daily basis.
- Must have own transportation. No bus route to this location.

Pay: $37,440.00-$43,500.00 per year
