L&R CAN INC. is located in Mississauga, ON. L&R is a German-based company that offers a full range of Lohmann-Rauscher bandages, wound care products, Venosan medical compression stockings and Solaris lymphedema products to the health community.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of Territory Sales Manager based in the GTA/Eastern Ontario area. If you are a goal-oriented and highly motivated individual, eager to improve the lives of others, this may be the position for you.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Your primary role as a medical territory sales manager is to support and grow business in your assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through relationship building, extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible to support and grow existing business relationship between our customers and the L&R brands increasing our revenue and profitability. Primary calls will be to home health care locations, lymphedema therapists and wound care clinics.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Relationship Management**:

- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Develop strong business relationships with therapists, physicians and local lymphedema and wound care community while establishing the L&R brand presence in the community.
- Explain the functions and benefits of L&R products to current and potential customers.
- Inform customers on potential changes to: crediting terms, return policies, products, prices, product availabilities’, and discontinuation of products.
- Informing current and potential customers about upcoming promotions.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective customers

**Business Analysis**:

- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to suit their current and potential needs.
- Once a potential customer is located, prepare strategic action plans and schedule meetings with potential customers to attract new business to the organization.

**Analyzing / Problem Solving**:

- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Troubleshoot any technical fitting issues with custom made garments

**Training / Consultation**:

- Train customer’s staff in the operation and maintenance of vascular, wound & lymphedema products
- Attend and participate in sales, training programs, conventions and trade shows as directed

**Sales and Accounts Management**:

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Operate within defined expense budgets in accordance with corporate policies and procedure
- Manage account services through quality check and other forms of follow-ups.
- Prepare sales orders for submission to customer service for processing. Submit all sample requests to management for processing.
- Overnight travel required

**KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education
- Sales management experience
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong relationship management capabilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Willingness to travel, including overnight travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
