**Project Manager Requirements**
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders to establish clear expectations for all phases of the work to be performed;
- Perform site inspections for all phases of the work to be done either personally or by utilizing your Team;
- Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations within the timelines documented in Phoenix Service Measurable;
- Be available to respond to 24-hour Emergency Restoration and mitigation calls during quarterly on-call status;
- Create and execute project schedules to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners;
- Consistently meet or exceed industry monitored KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators);
- Work with teams and Divisions in a respectful and professional manner to direct and manage all aspects of restoration work.
**Project Accounting & Financing Management**
- Manage project budget/estimate throughout the project;
- Full understanding of budget/estimate as it pertains to the project and operations;
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for each project.
**Knowledge, Skill & Ability Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years project management experience within the restoration or construction industries;
- Minimum 2 year’s experience successfully preparing residential and commercial estimates for a variety of insurer profiles;
- Level 2 certification or equivalent industry experience;
- Experience at an intermediate level in using MS Outlook, Word & Excel.

- Working Conditions_
- This role works primarily out of Phoenix’s Head Office in Coquitlam
- We offer flexible work schedules that we customize for each employee
- Remote working
- Your time will be spent on jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland and in the office
- Company provided PPE must be worn on jobsites as required
- Some overtime may be required during peak business periods
