**Responsibilities**:

- Estimating Projects
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate and communicate with compnay and customers to ensure project objectives are met
- Lead company crews + sub-trades and provide guidance and support throughout the project
- Utilize project management methodology to drive successful project delivery
- Utilize tools such as Sling, Sort'd, CRM's and other suggested programs to track project progress and document deliverables
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Conduct sales to bring in new leads and customers

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficient in data analysis techniques to drive informed decision-making
- Experience in product development or related field is highly desirable
- Familiarity with tools such as Sling and Sort'd for project tracking and documentation
- Strong negotiation skills to manage customer's expectations and resolve conflicts
- Ability to effectively manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Project management: 5 years (required)
