We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses at Mado Ice-cream, Cafe, and Bakery. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take and process accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are properly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.
- Handle payments and operate the cash register in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
