Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and present menus

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders

  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns politely

  • Process payments and handle POS systems

  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred (training can be provided)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

  • Timing: 11:30 AM to 05:30 PM. Weekdays (If needed)- The job however is 5 days a week.
