We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses at Tenon Vegetarian Cuisines. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions regarding menu items and specials.
- Deliver food and beverages to the tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, offering suggestions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with setting up tables, arranging decorations, and maintaining a visually appealing dining environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Fluent English.
**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
