**Job Overview**:
As a Call Center Operator at our Italian Restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Your role is essential in providing excellent customer service, taking reservations, processing orders, and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Assist customers with reservations, takeout/delivery orders, and general inquiries about the restaurant (menu, hours, promotions, etc.).

Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain clear communication with kitchen, waitstaff, and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy.

Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery times, or reservation details.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: $22.35-$26.20 per hour
