Ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in a stable, mission-driven environment.What You’ll DoAs a Monitoring Center Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—responding to alarm signals, monitoring video feeds, and coordinating with emergency services. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, follow clear procedures, and help ensure safety and peace of mind for our clients.Your responsibilities include:Responding quickly and accurately to alarm signals and phone callsMonitoring security systems and video surveillanceDispatching emergency services when neededDocumenting activity and following standard proceduresSupporting customers and technicians with professionalismWorking with a team that values precision and calm under pressureWhat We OfferWe believe in rewarding your work and supporting your well-being:· Competitive hourly pay· Evening, night & weekend premium: +$1.50/hour· Overtime pay: 1.5x or 2x depending on schedule· Statutory holiday pay: 1.5x or option to take a paid day off later· 6 paid personal days per year· Flexible shift trading options· Comprehensive benefits:o Medical, dental, vision insuranceo Pension plan & retirement savingso Life & disability insuranceo Employee Assistance Program· Global career growth opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking candidates who are calm, focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.Required:· High school diploma or GED· Willingness to work days, evenings, or nights (rotating weekends)Preferred:· Call center or security experience· Strong communication and typing skills (25+ WPM)· Comfortable with computers and multitasking· Able to stay composed in potential emergency situationsTraining ProvidedWe offer a 4–6 week paid training program on a daytime schedule to set you up for success.Pay Range: $21 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
