Resource Coordinator

Overview:
As the Resource Coordinator you will oversee the operational processes required to coordinate, plan, monitor, assign and report on the most efficient use of all internal and external project resources for initiatives within the Digital and Transformation Division. This includes productivity monitoring, reporting, and providing analytical support for the Division.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the assignment of staff to projects within the Digital and Transformation division by accessing information presented, reviewing options available and presenting recommendations based on the complexity of the project and expertise required.
- Investigate project resources who may be able to provide resources to meet other project requirements.
- Promote and monitor the sharing of resources between projects where required.
- Produce, analyze and communicate all forecasting, availability and capacity management reporting as needed by operational areas and projects to assist in forecasting hours, tracking utilization and monitoring capacity.
Qualifications:
- Education in Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Four years of progressive experience performing analysis, including two years of related experience.
- Education in Project Management or Business Analysis is an asset.
- Experience in a leadership capacity is an asset.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data and trends.
- Advanced written and oral communications skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, concise and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Office 365 Admin, InfoPath and PPM.
