The Facility Specialist is responsible for assisting and coordinating the cleanliness of the warehouse. Ensuring all tasks are completed in a manner that promotes safety and is complying with all the standard operating procedures, policies, and OSHA standards.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Train and instruct new employees in proper cleaning techniques.
- Identify and report any safety hazards within the facility department.
- Comply with OSHA
- Oversee and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Complete required reports, memos, and correspondence. Maintain communication with management and departments as needed.
- Organizing, coordinating, and scheduling cleaning tasks for Facility Assistants.
- Keep warehouse in clean and orderly condition following 5S.
- Maintain and order inventory for supplies within the warehouse.
- Ensure cleanliness, no dirt and debris, obstacles, and trip/slip hazards within the warehouse.
- Work safely and follow all policies and procedures as documented.
- Perform or assist in grounds maintenance as assigned.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must have at least one year of general facilities work experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA
- Proficient in MS (Outlooks and Excel)
