**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

**Position Responsibilities**
- Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
- Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments.
- Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree **preferred.**
- **Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior call center experience / bookkeeping **a plus.**
