**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
