The Role**You haven't been to Whistler until you've been to Buffalo Bills**

Are you passionate about throwing parties and offering 5* guest experiences? Do you thrive off mountain culture, and get motivated by the community, and building strong connections within it? If you are a driven and motivated rockstar, we are looking for you

**Responsibilities**
- Full sales & product knowledge
- Schedule and managing a team (including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management)
- Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback
- Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
- Liquor license compliance
- Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
- Marketing and event execution

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality/Marketing/Sales background (events management experience highly regarded)
- Guest experience focused and maintaining community connections
- Administration and computer skills (Microsoft products, POS, employee timekeeping programs)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly to challenging and stressful situations
- SIR
- First Aid (or ability to acquire)

**Salary And Team Perks**
- $55,000 - $75,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
