Garfinkel's are looking for an **Assistant General Manager** to ensure all nightly activities run smoothly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of how to throw a great party and what makes a great customer service. A hard-working, fun-loving, party-starting team await your arrival

**Responsibilities include**:

- Uphold Core Values: Have Fun, Encourage Trust, Show Kindness, Act like an Owner & Hustle
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the nightclub
- Assist with hitting venue critical number (Hook-Ups), ensure Hook Up completion Quarterly Marketing & Event execution
- Full sales & product knowledge
- Assist in hiring, managing and scheduling staff
- Staff training and continually striving to develop training procedures and product knowledge
- Shift inventory and ordering; ensuring the business is set up for success the following shift

- Strong process skills and attention to detail
