**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver personalized and group training sessions tailored to player skill levels.
- Teach the fundamentals of pickleball, including rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Foster a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents (if applicable), and management to provide feedback and discuss player progress.
- Organize and lead clinics.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in pickleball and coaching methods.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a tennis coach or competitive player.
- Certification from a recognized tennis organization is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of tennis rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Ability to teach in a clear, patient, and motivating manner.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of players, including beginners and experienced players.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
