We are looking for **a Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber** to start full-time immediately. Must be available to work Monday - Friday anytime during the hours of 7AM-5PM (a typical day is 8 hours). A valid driver's license is a requirement as job sites are located throughout the Lower Mainland anywhere from Langley to North Vancouver.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Drainage installation in residential and commercial properties using ABS, Cast Iron or System 15 piping
- Waterlines installation using Pex, Copper and Wirsbo piping
- Using a pipe threader to do gas installation
- Installing various boilers and/or hot water tanks
- Finishing work (installing sinks, toilets, tubs etc.)
- Reading blueprints and mechanical drawings

**Education and Experience**:

- Holder of Red Seal Plumbing and B-Gas ticket (or equivalent) preferred.
- Journeyman status
- Previous experience as a Journeyman
- Experience with Microsoft Office products an asset
- Experience with Procore an asset

**Work Environment**:

- This is a full-time position
- Overtime as required
- Standing on your feet 8 hours a day
- Walking up and down stairs all day long
- Walking through uneven grounds on construction sites
- Navigating around obstacles on construction sites, such as heavy equipment, cars, trucks

**Salary**:

- $30-$40 per hour
