Medical Aesthetician

Divine & Free Wellness Spa is a full-service esthetic and medical spa located in the heart of St. Albert's Perron District. We offer a client-focused bespoke boutique experience and aim to exceed industry expectations with every service offered.

**Responsibilities**
- Performing effective, successful, and consistent medical procedures such as facials, HydraFacial, Microneedling CIT, RF Microneedling, Morpheus8, MD Chemical Peels, IPL treatments, and Laser Hair Removal
- Experience with waxing including Brazilians
- Experience with manicures and pedicures
- Knowledge with medical-grade skincare
- Experience with creating treatment plans for clients
- Confident and excellent with consultations and the ability to educate guests on packages, services, and skincare
- Expert in determining skin type, understanding skin reactivity and history, knowledge of contraindications, matching best treatment to client's needs
- Meticulous patient charting skills
- Following up with clients after treatments
- Help maintain the clinic's high standard of cleanliness
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
- Respect every step of the established treatment protocols
- Review post-care instructions to optimize long-term results and satisfaction
- Using downtime in between assigned clients to review the next client's chart, prepare/clean rooms, make retention/follow-up calls, and pro-actively think of cross-selling opportunities
- Generating revenue for the clinic through the procedure and product recommendations, retail/service bookings, and excellent customer service
- Anticipating client's needs and being proactive in finding ways to help them achieve their goals

**Requirements**:

- Must have an Aesthetics Diploma from a know Canadian establishment
- Must have previous experience with medical spa services
- Must have consultation and sales experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
- Outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with the public
- A high level of integrity, work ethic, and punctuality
- Excellent verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable with retail sales and upselling with clients' best interest in mind
- At least 3 years aesthetician experience

**Salary**: $21.00-$35.00 per hour
