**Do you have what it takes?**
- Previous conceirge experience (required)
- Previous sales/retail experience (required)
- Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetician Industry
- Proficiency in Windows Office and patient management software
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming persona
- **Responsibilities**:

- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
- Manage the patient registration process and Patient management system.
- Billing and Invoice management.
- Maintain patient flow and wait room management.
- Promoting and selling service treatments and/or skin care
- Effectively use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
- Work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
