IT Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities and Duties
- Being first point of contact for client by providing customer service with triaging for requests via telephone or walk in
- IT hardware health checks with repairs and custom configuration builds based on client needs
- Shipping and receiving hardware peripherals on a daily basis, inclusive of returns
- Act as the liaison between Sales and Technical Team for client related requests
- Inventory Management
- Provides administrative support for the company as a whole
- Would be required to lift up to 30 lbs
- Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with non-technical users.
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and be an active listener and problem solver
- Experience of working in fast-paced environments and flexible environments
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
