**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and design tailored workout programs to meet individual goals
- Lead both one-on-one and semi-private training sessions, ensuring proper technique, motivation, and encouragement
- Utilize our advanced fitness technology and resources to monitor progress, adjust plans, and provide continual feedback
- Educate clients on nutrition, recovery, and healthy lifestyle choices through our unique coaching app and other Anytime Fitness tools
- Contribute to a positive and empowering environment, helping clients feel welcome, motivated, and supported

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized credential (CanFitPro, NSCA, NASM, etc.)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
- Proven experience in personal training, group fitness, or a related field, with a commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming space for members
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients, motivating them to achieve their best
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients with professionalism and a personal touch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00-$66.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
