**Duties**:

- Operate backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment to perform various construction tasks
- Excavate and dig trenches for utility lines and foundations
- Load and unload materials using the backhoe or loader
- Transport materials and equipment using dump trucks or water trucks
- Bulldoze and level terrain for construction projects
- Assist with horizontal drilling operations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members on the job site

**Salary**: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
