**Job Summary** **Responsibilities**: - Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian dishes, ensuring consistency and high quality in every plate. - Follow corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations to maintain the highest level of food safety and hygiene. - Organize and manage "mise en place" and other necessary preparations for high-volume service. - Ensure all food products are prepared, cooked, and stored according to health and safety standards. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations. - Label, date, store, and rotate food and beverage products to maintain freshness and minimize waste. - Promptly report any maintenance needs, equipment issues, or accidents to the supervisor. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a positive and efficient work environment. - Perform any additional duties as required or directed by the management team. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in cooking, with a strong background in Indian cuisine. - Food Safety Certification is mandatory. - Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. - Ability to work with precision and speed, maintaining accuracy in all tasks. - Familiarity with industry best practices and a commitment to continuous learning. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Physical capability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and standing for extended periods. **Salary** - Based on experience **Join Our Team**: If you are passionate about Indian cuisine and have the skills and experience we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply.
