**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate scales to weigh incoming and outgoing materials accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the scale area and surrounding workspaces.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts and loaders.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for material handling.
- Fabricate or dig as needed for specific operational tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.

**Skills**
- Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Experience in sanitizing and cleaning work areas to maintain safety standards.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and loaders is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while adhering to safety regulations.
