CNC Laser Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain laser cutting machines (Amada fibre optic laser metal cutting machine) to cut metals according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements
- Set up and adjust machine settings such as speed, power, and focal length for optimal cutting results
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Use CNC programming to control laser cutting machines
- Ability to manually sort, label and handle material
- Should be regular on duty and no absence without a permission.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience operating CNC machinery
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
- Expertise in laser cutting techniques and equipment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and dimensions
- Experience in Wood routing will be added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection of finished products

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
