**What You'll Bring**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a technical support capacity
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with a demonstrated focus on excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working in an enterprise-level infrastructure environment an asset.
- Ability to work under general supervision and actively participate in technical projects from start to finish.
- Flexible in prioritizing job responsibilities and understanding business reasons for changing them.
- Possess the ability to make clear and quick business decisions as it pertains to technical aspect of core responsibilities in support.
- Ability to analyze problems and perform investigations to find cause and resolution.
- Ability to perform duties in critical situations (escalations for high-profile customers).
- Technical Exposure in the following areas:

- Operating Systems: Linux and Windows
- Relational Databases: DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Application Stack: JBoss, Tomcat, Springboot
- Enterprise Monitoring: Splunk, TrueSight
- Network Technologies: Load Balancers, TCP/IP, Cisco

**We’d Love to See**:

- Credit Industry Experience is a plus
- Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure)
- Secure File Transfer Experience (Axway. GlobalScape, Sterling File Gateway)
- Microsoft Sharepoint Experience
- Scripting or Programming experience (Bash, Python, Java, C++)

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Implement designed solutions for proactive monitoring, alerting and reporting, using available tools and expertise.
- Provide after hours on-call coverage as required.
