Material Processor / Forklift Operator / Yard Grader

**Location**: 454 Dobbie Dr, Cambridge ON, N1T 1S7

**Shift time**: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday & every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

**Pay Rate**: from $19 and up based upon experience and qualifications

Here’s what we do
CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again

Here’s where you come in

CMI is looking for a Yard Grader & Housekeeper to join our Operations team. Working outdoors, in a team environment, you will be involved with the shipping and receiving of recycled metal. You should be comfortable rotating between yard grading and housekeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service as customers enter the yard
- Receive material and advise customers on type and grade
- Answer customer questions and assist with any inquiries as required
- Manual sorting of material
- Housekeeping
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an industrial facility is an asset
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Previous experience working outdoors is a bonus
- Good English communication skills
- Posses the desire and ability to learn
