**Employment Location**: In-person - All applicants must be able to reliably commute to our warehouse, located in Brampton, ON.
**Salary**: $21 hour CAD
**Overtime Pay Eligible**: Yes

Three Ships Beauty is hiring We’re looking for two (2) experienced **Shipping Coordinators** to join our growing warehouse team Reporting to our Operations Manager, with a dotted line to our Warehouse Manager, you will be the front line of fulfilling our promise to support our customers and retailers by picking and packing their orders at our warehouse facility. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Retrieve and process Shopify orders, ensuring high accuracy in order fulfillment and collaborating with team members as needed.
- Perform assembly and kitting tasks based on orders and as requested by the supervisor.
- Perform accurate cycle counts and physical inventory of items end of month to maintain accuracy of our online Inventory Management System
- Communicate and investigate inventory discrepancies or shortages with the supervisor in a timely manner should they occur.
- Receive in and ship orders with major carriers, coordinating with shipping carriers where applicable. Orders range in size from 1lb boxes to full pallets.
- Ensure orders are ready for shipment to customers in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Establish new procedures and systems to improve warehouse efficiency and take pride in maintaining Three Ships’ brand and level of service.
- Ensure and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Provide back-end support as requested by the supervisor.
- Pack additional retail and ecommerce orders as provided by the supervisor.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous warehouse experience, ideally at a high-volume warehouse handling both retailer and direct-to-consumer shipments.
- Be a role model for quality, integrity and safety.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting, and carrying up to 50lb boxes.
- Possess clear and effective English communication skills, both written, reading comprehension and verbal.
- Comfortable using technology; previous experience using Shopify is an asset.
- Previous experience with pump trucks is an asset; Forklift certification is an asset.
