**Role**
Your role will be pivotal to the successful operation of a variety of projects, some in remote and challenging environments. This is a Work From Home position, however it is important that you are local to Squamish, BC as you will be assigned a few tasks in the area. Having a vehicle and valid driver's license is required for this reason.
You will be giving support to our Operations team in a variety of administrative tasks and working more directly with our Project Coordinator and Operations Manager. It is crucial that you can manage your time well in a independent work-from-home setting. There are multiple tasks that need to be done throughout the day and the success of our team and the operation as a whole depends on all team members accomplishing their tasks on a timely manner.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Verify, code and route company credit card purchases and technician reimbursements from the field
- Attend project kickoff's
- Update supervisor & technician job starts upon completion of project kickoff's
- Manage room assignments as required
- Occasionally arrange technician training & testing
- Collaborate with Project Coordinator to identify ways to streamline work through administrative solutions
- Provide general administrative support to Project Coordinator and Operations Manager
- Mail collection
- Scanning, uploading, distributing and organizing files and records
- Bring cheques to the bank
- Attend company meetings and take meeting minutes
- Create & format empty job folders for project team
- Manage & organize completed job folders
- General office administrative tasks as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
